All delegates in Hussein International Youth Conference are required to abide by the rules of the Hussein International Youth Conference to ensure the comfort and safety of the delegates.

Eligibility

Hussein International Youth Conference welcomes youth between the ages of 15 to 30 from all nations who want to gain experience in an international conference.

Registration Mechanism

All registrations are accepted based on the Hussein International Youth Conference Committee, and the committee will announce the invitation within 5 – 7 working days.

​

Payment

There are NO FEES collected for Hussein International Youth Conference.

Privacy and Intellectual Property Rights

1. Hussein International Youth Conference reserves the right to utilize all data submitted by individuals to Hussein International Youth Conference and collect data in photographs or videos during the conference and social events without limitations.

 

2. Hussein International Youth Conference reserves the right to update without further notice.

Awards

1. Hussein International Youth Conference will provide 4 awards.

 

2. Awards provided are Best Initiative, Best Presenter and 2 Best Delegate(s).

 

3. All awardees will get an e-Certificate.

Code of Conduct

1. By completing the registration process, registrants hereby certify that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. The registrants understand that falsifying any information provided will disqualify him or her from participation in Hussein International Youth Conference.

​

2. The organizer is committed to providing an environment that is free of harassment. We’ll be warning the harasser to cease him or her behaviour, ending the talk early if she/he uses inappropriate language or images, requiring a harasser to leave the conference immediately, or banning a harasser from future events or for a certain period. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please get in touch with a conference committee member.

3. Delegates must act kindly and courteously towards other delegates without violating the personal boundaries of others (i.e., racism, discrimination, hate speech, false information, and verbal sexual harassment).

​

4. Hussein International Youth Conference does not tolerate any violations that were mentioned above. The penalization of the violations will result to be exempted from the conference.

 

5. Participants agree to accept and abide by this Code of Conduct.
